It also contains 9 strains of 9 billions of live microorganisms in one daily dose.

1 capsule once or twice a day during the meal. It´s safe in long-term usage.

Do not exceed the state recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store out of the reach of children. Store in a dry place at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C. Do not expose to direct sunlight! Suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
